Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This policy covers pdx-panels.com and the business tools run by PDX Panels LLC, 19140 NE Portal Way, Portland, OR 97230. We are a sheet metal fabrication shop. We only collect what we need to quote and build your job.
What we collect
- Quote form. Your name, company, email, phone, the product you want, project location, quantity, notes, and how you heard about us. The form sends this to our shop email. We use it to answer you and quote your job.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep that conversation so we can do the work.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics, PostHog and Ahrefs Web Analytics to see which pages get visits and how people use the site. These tools use cookies or similar storage and record things like pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, and general location.
- Cookie notice. Your browser remembers that you closed our cookie notice, so it does not show again.
How we use it
To answer quote requests, build and deliver orders, send invoices, and make the website better. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run our website, email and analytics, and only so they can do that job for us.
Our social media posting tool
We run our own social media scheduling tool to post about our work on our business accounts, like our Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and Instagram. When we connect one of our accounts, the tool gets permission from that platform to read our business profile details and publish posts we approve. For Google Business Profile, it uses the Google permission to manage our business listing.
We use that access only to publish and track our own posts. We do not sell that data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else. The access tokens are stored encrypted on our own server. We can remove the connection at any time, and you can revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- You can ask us to see, fix or delete the information we have about you. Email us and we will take care of it.
