Custom Signs Cut on a CNC Router - Portland, OR
PDX Panels builds custom signs and cuts sheet goods on the same CNC router we use for commercial ACM wall panels every day. That machine is a Muratori ALU Ranger 6321, a V-groove router built for aluminum composite panels.
That matters for signs. We can rout a clean sign face, cut letters and logos to your file, and V-groove and fold ACM so a sign face gets finished returns instead of raw edges. We add cut vinyl lettering or printed graphics to the panel before it leaves the shop.
We work for general contractors, property managers, architects, designers, cabinet and millwork shops, and exhibit and display builders across the Portland area.
Building and Architectural Signs
The signs a commercial building needs after the envelope is done: monument sign faces, lobby and reception signs, building ID signs, suite and room ID panels, wayfinding signs, parking signs, and post-and-panel signs.
Every sign we make is non-illuminated. Routed ACM, aluminum, acrylic, and PVC, cut to the size and shape on your drawing. If your project has a sign package on the plans, send it over with the rest of your panel scope.
Dimensional Letters and Logos
We cut dimensional letters and logos from acrylic, PVC, ACM, and aluminum. Send us a vector file of the logo or the lettering and the size you want on the wall, and we cut it to that file.
Dimensional letters work for lobby walls, reception desks, building fronts, and monument signs. Mix materials if you want: a routed ACM panel with acrylic letters on top is a common combination.

Need panels or parts cut and don't have a router? We cut to your file.
Materials we cut: ACM (aluminum composite), aluminum sheet, PVC and Sintra foam board, acrylic, polycarbonate, MDF, and plywood. We run full-size sheets, including 62 by 196 inch ACM.
Common jobs: panels and parts for cabinet and millwork shops, display and exhibit pieces, one-off ACM panels and trim for contractors, and prototype parts for designers. Send a DXF, DWG, or PDF with dimensions and quantity.
What We Don't Do
So you don't waste a phone call: we don't cut steel, and we don't make lit signs (channel letters, neon, or lightboxes).
We are supply only. We fabricate the sign and your crew or installer mounts it.

A DXF, DWG, or PDF with dimensions for panels and parts. For letters and logos, send a vector file of the artwork and the finished size.
