PDX Series EVO – Aluminum Composite Panels (ACM)
The PDX Series EVO is an aluminum composite panel with an extrusion subframe system. The science behind ACM's unique construction adds to design versatility, and coupled with the speed and precision of CNC fabrication, allows for a cost-effective panel system.
The EVO system is esthetically superior to other ACM panels. It has no visible screws or rivets. The extrusion clip system allows for expansion and building movement, making it highrise compatible. The system can alternate between rear-ventilated and pressure-equalized configurations. Panels are available up to 60" × 192".
Finishes include over 90 standard colors in PPG Duranar PVDF, anodized, mirror, wood grain, and carbon. Little or no maintenance required. 30-year paint warranty. The system is compliant with the most rigorous testing regimen available in the industry, including NFPA 285, ASTM E330, ASTM E283, and ASTM E331.
PDX Series 200 – Honeycomb Core Panels
The PDX Series 200 is a formed metal panel with an aluminum honeycomb core. The most common uses for this series are infill panels and entire facades. The use of non-combustible material allows the system to be installed virtually anywhere.
Series 200 panels offer exceptional strength and extreme resistance while remaining lightweight. Installation is straightforward. The honeycomb core is a natural thermal insulator and sound barrier. Non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and recyclable. Little or no maintenance required. 20-year paint warranty. Maximum panel size is 45" × 117".
Available materials: 24–22 gauge pre-finished steel, pre-finished aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and zinc.

We supply panel systems to siding contractors, curtainwall subcontractors, and general contractors self-performing facade work. Our process: receive your shop drawings or panel schedule, confirm fabrication tolerances with your installation team, fabricate the panels with CNC routing and bending, and deliver labeled and packaged for installation sequence.
