The PDX Series EVO is a NFPA 285-tested aluminum composite panel system engineered for commercial facades across Oregon and Washington. With a 6061-T6 aluminum extrusion subframe and PVDF Kynar finish coating backed by a 30-year warranty, the Series EVO is specified by architects and contractors throughout the Pacific Northwest for rainscreen cladding, commercial building facades, soffit systems, and column covers. Available with PE, FR, or A2 incombustible core options to meet any fire rating requirement.
Compatible ACM brands include Etalbond, Alucobond, Stacbond, Reynobond, and Alpolic. We can provide any ACM plank wrapped around the extrusion. The double return design eliminates visible rivets for a seamless façade appearance that architects and building owners demand.

The PDX Series EVO is the standard specification for commercial ACM panel facades across the Pacific Northwest. Aluminum composite panels are lightweight, durable, and available in virtually any PVDF color, making them the most versatile cladding material for new construction and renovation projects. From office buildings and retail centers to multifamily housing and healthcare facilities, the Series EVO is specified when architects and developers need a high-end facade appearance with proven fire performance.
The Series EVO system is designed for rainscreen applications. The panel clips to an extrusion subframe, leaving a ventilated air gap between the panel and the building's substrate. This rear-ventilated configuration improves moisture management, reduces thermal bridging, and allows individual panels to be removed and replaced without disturbing surrounding panels. Compatible with standard commercial stud framing and CMU backup walls throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Materials We Work With
We stock and fabricate in galvanized steel, prefinished steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel for all brake-formed work. For ACM panel systems, we work with established brands including Alpolic, Alucobond, Vitrabond, and Reynobond. All are available in PVDF Kynar coatings with custom color matching.
